NFC Key-Fob Ignition
The PX4 uses Near-Field Communication technology instead of a traditional ignition key.
To start the scooter, place or tap the assigned NFC key fob near the receiver on the side of the tiller. Each key fob is associated with the individual scooter, helping provide convenient operation and an added level of security.
Smooth Full-Suspension Ride
The PX4 includes full front and rear suspension designed to help absorb bumps and vibration while traveling across firm outdoor surfaces.
Combined with the large pneumatic tires and memory-foam seat, the suspension supports a more comfortable ride over surfaces such as:
- Asphalt
- Concrete
- Paved paths
- Maintained gravel
- Firm, hard-packed surfaces
The PX4 is not designed for every outdoor environment. Avoid deep mud, loose sand, standing water, unsafe slopes and surfaces beyond the scooter’s capabilities or the operator’s experience.
High-Capacity Memory-Foam Seating
The standard high-back seat includes memory-foam cushioning and a six-inch sliding adjustment to help accommodate different seating positions.
Standard and optional seating may include:
- 18-inch-wide seat with adjustable depth
- 20-inch-wide seat with adjustable depth
- 22-inch-wide seat with adjustable depth
- Optional 32-inch-wide high-back seat without sliders
Because seat configuration affects positioning, dimensions and transportation, customers should confirm the correct seat size before ordering.
LCD Console and Delta Steering Wheel
The PX4 includes a delta-style steering wheel with an LCD display and water-resistant user interface.
The control area is designed to provide convenient access to:
- Speed information
- Battery status
- Lighting controls
- Horn
- Directional controls
- USB charging
The delta steering design may also be easier to operate for customers who prefer wraparound hand placement.
Braking and Control
The PX4 uses regenerative and electromechanical braking as its primary braking system.
It also includes a supplemental hand brake for added stopping support and rider control.
Actual stopping distance depends on speed, user weight, terrain, tire condition, slope and environmental conditions.
Full LED Lighting Package
The PX4 includes a full LED lighting package designed to improve visibility during lower-light outdoor use.
The lighting system does not replace safe operating practices. Riders should consider traffic, surface conditions, visibility, weather and local mobility-device rules before operating the scooter.
13-Inch Pneumatic Tires
The PX4 uses 13-inch pneumatic tires mounted on split rims.
Pneumatic tires can offer improved cushioning and traction compared with solid tires, but they require regular inspection and proper inflation.
Customers should routinely check:
- Tire pressure
- Tread condition
- Punctures
- Sidewall damage
- Uneven wear
