illustration purposes only. Design revisions and color variations may apply.
In the event an error is found, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible. At that time the Customer will have the opportunity to proceed with their order with the corrected pricing and/or quantity or cancel their order completely. In addition, if a product received is not as described, the Customer may return it in unused, resalable and original package condition as per our return and exchange policy above.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, human error, intentional misuses or otherwise shall the Corporation be held legally responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of income, profit and/or data, loss of or damage to person or property and claims of third parties resulting from the use, or the inability to use, the materials on the Website, even if Corporation and/or its representatives have been advised of the likelihood of such damages. If the Customer’s use of materials from the Website results in the need for servicing, repair and/or correction of equipment and/or data, the Customer assumes any and all costs thereof. The courts of the State of New York shall maintain jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of transactions taking place on the Website.

Note about pricing and promotions
Rainbow Medical Supply makes every effort to provide accurate information about products and their pricing on its website. However, pricing
and/or typographical mistakes may, on rare occasions, appear on this website. For this reason, Rainbow Medical Supply cannot guarantee the price of an item until aer you have ordered it. In the event an item appears with an incorrect price or with inaccurate product information, Rainbow Medical Supply reserves the right to cancel any orders for the item. If an order you placed is cancelled due to mispricing, Rainbow Medical Supply will notify you of the cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Find a better price? We will meet or beat that price upon proof that it has been valid for no more than 30 days. Please provide us with a written confirmation or a link to the suggested price.
Coupon codes and other promotions will not apply on the same order with the tiered pricing system or the price match guarantee. The buyer will be able to choose only 1 of the options given per order.
Note about quantity limits
Rainbow Medical Supply reserves the right to set quantity-per-order limits on any and all items sold on this website. Rainbow Medical Supply may also limit the item quantity available to any single person or household over a given period of time. These restrictions may be applied to orders using the same credit card or billing or shipping address.
Note about product substitutions
A substitute will only be made in the event an item is out of stock and the identical brand and product is available in a form that is of equal or greater value, e.g. larger quantity, packaged with a trial sample, updated product packaging, etc. A product substitution will occur at no extra cost and, if the substituted item is less expensive than the original item, the lower price will be charged.
